Maude Burn no. 2 - Body Massage Candle Pink Pepper Lemon and Cedarwood Scent

Blended with crisp notes of pink pepper, gurjun balsam, lemon, and cedarwood.

Made with skin-softening jojoba and soybean oils, this hand-poured massage candle is made with 100% cotton, lead-free wick, and cruelty-free, vegan ingredients. Developed with a master scent house in Brooklyn, it can be poured on the skin once melted or simply used to infuse scent in the room.

Smells Like:

(alpine moderne) 1972 in the Alps, all cedar and glass. Citrus cuts through the chill, while warm woods fill the air for whatever comes next. California lemon sparks like a sunlit morning, softened by the delicate bite of pink pepper. Virginian cedar steadies the blend, grounding it in polished wood and stillness, while Gurjun balsam lingers, soft and enveloping, like fresh sheets after a long retreat.

Usage:

Light: For best results, we recommend letting the candle burn for 10–15 minutes, or until the top level of oil pools evenly and there is still solid candle oil underneath.

Extinguish: To extinguish your candle, gently blow out the flame and contain any smoke with the jar's lid. A wick snuffer works great, too. Never attempt to extinguish a candle using water.

Pour: Once extinguished, carefully check the temperature of the glass container and oil. Pour and apply the massage oil. You can pour the oil directly onto skin, or apply with your fingertips and massage it in. The light and silky texture will moisturize and absorb into the skin, and can be reapplied as desired. 

Burn time: The candle's continuous burn time is approximately 12 hours in 2 oz. and 30 hours in 4 oz. We recommend burning the candle in 10–15 minute increments for optimal consistency.
